Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy

I. Introduction

1.1.Purpose of the Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of the Constitution titled “Privacy of Private Life” and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“ Law ”) and the regulations and circulars in force, Garpim Mobilya The purpose of this Policy is to determine the principles regarding the processing of personal data obtained by the Anonim Şirketi (“ Company ”), the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of data owners ( interns, employees and job candidates, customers, potential customers, suppliers, shareholders/partners, company officials, visitors, business partners and other third parties ), and the data controller who processes personal data to carry out data processing activities in accordance with the law, and the protection, storage and destruction of personal data obtained when necessary.

1.2. Scope of the Policy

Since any kind of process such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person as personal data by the Company as the data controller, through fully or partially automatic means or non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system, is considered as data processing activity, the establishment of the procedures and principles of the data processing activity carried out by the Company determines the scope of this Policy.

1.3. Implementation of the Policy and Relevant Legislation

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation in force and the rules set forth in the regulations, circulars, decisions and guides published by the Board, primarily Law No. 6698. In the event that there is a change in the Law or other relevant legislation after the date of publication of the Policy by the Company and the Policy becomes incompatible with the said change, the amended provisions and rules will be put into effect. All circulars, decisions and guides published by the Board are followed by our Company and the rules stipulated by the Policy are kept up to date.

1.4. Enforcement of the Policy

The Policy was published on the Company's website www.garpim.com and entered into force on the date of publication.
